Persons under 18 are not permitted at the casino. Day ticket costs 2 €, annual pass 10 €. Both prices include cloakroom service. We need to check your identity when you first visit the casino, so you should have a valid ID with a photograph with you. We ask our non-Finnish guests to bring either an identity card with a photograph (Schengen countries), or passport.
All casino games accept cash; the currency is euro. Credit cards are accepted in the restaurants. You may withdraw cash at our cash desks with a debit card or use the cash dispenser located inside the casino.
Grand Casino Helsinki is part of RAY, Finland’s Slot Machine Association. The casino’s profits are allocated to support health and welfare work, according to RAY’s founding principle. This is unique for a casino on a global scale.

Dress code
Grand Casino does not have an official dress code. Our wish is, however, that customers will show their appreciation of other customers by dressing suitably. Naturally, casino guests do not wear an outdoor coat, sports clothing or tennis shoes.

You can buy poker tickets at Lippupiste.

Pokertickets
All ticket outlets are listed at: Lippu.fi, Lippupiste’s commission charge is from 1,00 €/ticket + delivery charge.
Poker tickets can be paid with cash, debit card or through a net bank. Finnish legislation prohibits paying for a gaming product with credit card.
Poker tickets are sold daily between 7am and 10pm. Poker tickets cannot be purchased at the casino between 10pm and 7am due to the opening hours of the sales service. Poker tickets cannot be reserved in advance.
Tickets can be purchased at Lippupiste’s ticket outlets or website, or at the casino. Tickets for international tournaments become available 3 months before the event. Weekly tournament tickets become available about a month in advance.

Note! Poker tickets are only sold by Grand Casino Helsinki and Lippupiste on Grand Casino’s assignment. Reselling tickets is illegal and may lead to prosecution. Poker ticket bought from elsewhere than the casino or Lippupiste may not entitle you to a seat!
