Casino Careers
Casino is the workplace of more than 200 professionals who enjoy our international atmosphere. There are over 20 job titles from cleaners to dealers, cashiers and technicians. All of our employees have good language skills and the desire to work in a demanding customer service job. Majority of our new employees can start to work right away, but dealers start off with a five-week training period in the casino.
Dealers naturally receive further training throughout their careers. Jobs at the casino are mainly shift work, with emphasis on evenings and nights. Our current staff is youthful and very sociable.

Career options
Casino Helsinki has various jobs to offer. All duties on our operative side have emphasis on customer service, so language skills are essential.
Hospitality
CASINO HOSTS ensure that the customer’s first touch with the casino is an excellent customer service experience, and that the service chain remains intact while moving into the casino area. Customer registration is carried out at the reception desk promptly but with a positive attitude. Duties also include guiding casino tours, and reliable, efficient customer service in the slot machine area. We have around 300 slot machines with various games from the traditional reel machines to more diverse video slot machines.
Cash Desk
CASHIERS are responsible for all money transactions in the casino. A head for mathematics and sharp eyes are needed in this work, which is nearly round-the-clock customer service.
Table Game Dealers
DEALERS operate our table games which are all played with international rules, such as Roulette, Blackjack, Oasis Poker and Punto Banco. There is more information on table games in the Games section of this website. Dealers are given a five-week training at the casino, and they learn to master more games as their skills increase.
Casino Technicians
TECHNICIANS’ duties include maintaining and repairing slot machines and other technical equipment at the casino.
Security
SECURITY GUARDS keep the peace at the casino and make sure that casino rules and practices are followed.
